Start low and to the far right of the boulder using the rail to traverse towards the arete. Move up the arete to top out. 

Across the river from the parking area. - Use the main drop in and walk across the downed tree. - Head up the hill and to the right (down stream). - You should come to a decently well established path that will lead you directly to this problem.
