On the MOW Boulder (backside facing Alcatraz):

This problem is on the back/right side of the MOW Boulder, opposite from "Escape From Alcatraz" "Paladin" and "Raising Arizona"...

For "Donkey Kong Direct" Start under the low roof and pull out of the lip. From the lip, climb straight up the tall face to the straightforward scramble top out.
