The Crux is after the second bolt and continues past the third.

After you climb down the creek access point south of the Lynn Overlook parking area and take a left following the cliff line this is the first bolted route on the Lynn Overlook cliff line.There is a sandy cleared spot on the base of the overhang that is always dry and a great place to belay. There is a fire pit there but do not start a fire unless you want a visit from park rangers.
