Steadfast Tin Soldier

Description

Some interesting moves.

Start on right center face of the low wall (about five feet left of short vertical crack going up to right-facing corner capped by a little roof). Up that face (without using the crack to the left or crack to right) and up over the pancake rock. . . (shared with the route Emperor's New Clothes). Next step across the wide ledge a bit right, and up the (non-bulging) face to the high right section of the higher gentle left-trending ramp.

warning: The rock on and around this route has not been climbed much yet, and much of the rock is still breakable and loose -- so the belayer and other people should stand far away from underneath the climber - (and if possible, behind a large tree).

. . . (Lots of vegetation on this rock as of 2016. Be prepared when climbing to navigate around protruding trees and branches, and dealing with holds slippery with grass, lichen, moss, dirt).

Location

10 foot high low wall below wide ledge, at the face five feet left of short vertical crack going up to right-facing corner capped by a little roof. . . (same as for Emperor's New Clothes).
